Early On Training and Technical Assistance (EOTTA)
EOT&TA provides the federally mandated comprehensive system of personnel development for Michigan's early intervention system. Specifically, we provide training and technical assistance to Early On Coordinators, service coordinators, service providers, and local interagency coordinating councils as we work together to create a system that enhances the ability of Michigan families to support the growth and development of their infants and toddlers with special needs.
